See you soon! ____________________________________________ POLICIES • To maintain a serene and elevated studio environment, additional guests and children are not permitted during appointments. • A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure all reservations. As a courtesy, retainer fees may be transferred one time only and must be used within a reasonable timeframe. • Cash is the preferred method of payment. Card transactions are accepted and will incur a 2.6% processing fee. • A 10-minute grace period is extended. Clients arriving beyond 15 minutes will be subject to reservation cancellation and will need to reschedule due to insufficient service time. • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Changes made within 48 hours, including same-day cancellations, will result in a 30% fee of the remaining service balance. • Clients who fail to show for their reservation will be charged 100% of the remaining balance to the card on file. • In consideration of health and safety, clients are kindly asked to refrain from booking or attending reservations if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness. This policy is strictly enforced to protect both clients and artist.
